Tropical Storm Jeanne forms in Atlantic, heading for Puerto Rico

Yes hear you "Not another one!!"
Tropical Storm Jeanne just formed yesterday so who knows if it will develop into Hurricane Jeanne
Just in case I have a separate blog and will post pictures and news there as it develops
